About Me
- Rabbi Moskowitz
- I am Rabbi Steven Moskowitz, the rabbi of the Jewish Congregation of Brookville (JCB), a new synagogue on Long Island's North Shore. Soon our congregation will have a building of its own on Route 106. In the meantime we meet at the Brookville Reformed Church where we hold Shabbat and Holiday Services, Hebrew School and adult education programs. I have been a rabbi since 1991, beginning my career at the 92nd Street Y, am married to Rabbi Susie Moskowitz and the father of Shira (11th grade) and Ari (9th grade). Every Summer I travel to Jerusalem to learn at the Shalom Hartman Institute. I am also an avid cyclist.
